As you may already know, we already have a presence on Facebook and Twitter, but we have recently started our own Pinterest page as well in order to reach an entirely new audience.
I am fully aware that this social media site is predominantly used by women, but I understand that approximately 20% of users are men, many of whom are likely to be interested in health, fitness and strength training.
Plus of course with more and more women looking to tone up and strengthen various different parts of their body, there is definitely an audience there who may be interested in some of the products, and indeed the articles that we feature on this site.
The great thing about Pinterest is that you can find images and links to some invaluable resources regarding health and fitness-related matters. So as well as sharing our own images on our Pinterest page, we shall also be sharing some great pins that other people post to this site.
Indeed we have already started sharing some pins from some of the people that we follow, and have already set up a few different boards.
For example, we now have some boards set-up that feature Muscle Building Foods and Muscle Building Workouts, which are targeted towards both men and women who want to learn how to successfully build muscle mass.
In addition, we have also set up a board dedicated to Healthy Eating Tips as well as a Fitness Workouts board which features a number of workouts that people can use for fitness and toning (as opposed to muscle building).
Finally we have today set up a brand new board dedicated to Natural HGH Supplements, which will feature many of the best HGH supplements that we review on this website, and we plan on setting up a number of other boards as well in the coming weeks and months.
